EGYPT TOUR DETAILS
COST DOES NOT INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
Passport, visa, liquor, mineral water, valet, laundry service, food not
listed, camel rides, soft drinks during tours and purely personal items.
Tips to tour guides and drivers NOT included.
DOCUMENTS:
Each passenger is responsible for having a valid United States passport.
CANCELLATION:
Up to 30 days prior to departure, full refund. Between 30 and 14 days
prior to departure, 50% will be held unless a substitute passenger can
be found. After 14 days prior to departure, no refund will be given. If
Turquoise cancels, a full refund will be issued.
LUGGAGE:
Each passenger on board the aircraft is limited by the airline regulations
to 50 lbs. per piece of luggage, not to exceed a two (2) suitcase maximum,
and one small carry-on.
REFUNDS:
No refund will be considered for unused portion of the tour, cruise, or
hotel accommodations.
INSURANCE:
We take no responsibility for lost luggage and since we offer no insurance
through our company, we recommend that you contact your own agency for
baggage insurance if this is important to you. Also available: trip cancellation
insurance.
VISA:
Egypt requires an entry visa. It can be obtained from the Egyptian consulate
or inside the Cairo airport upon arrival.
TERMS:
$500 deposit is required to secure your reservation and the balance is
due 30 days prior to the scheduled tour departure. A detailed itinerary
will be sent to you on receipt of your deposit.
RESPONSIBILITY:
The sponsors and their representatives act only as agents in making arrangements for
hotels, transportation, sightseeing, restaurants, or any other services
in connection with the itinerary, and they will exercise all reasonable
care in making such arrangements. However, they do not assume any liability
whatsoever for any injury, damage, loss, accident, or delay to person
or property due to any act of default of any hotel, carrier, restaurant,
company or person rendering any of the services of the tour. The tickets,
coupons, tariffs, rules or contracts currently in use by any carrier,
hotel, restaurant or other contractor rendering services shall constitute
the sole contract between contractor and tour member. The operator accepts
no responsibility for any damage or delay due to sickness, pilferage,
labor disputes, machinery breakdown, quarantine, government restraints,
weather or any other cause beyond their control. No carrier shall be responsible
for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are on board
its own conveyance. In view of statutory or contractual limitations which
may apply to personal injury or property damage losses, the purchase of
accident and baggage insurance is recommended. The right is reserved
to cancel or change itineraries or substitute services without notice
-- in the case of unavailability of any of the artists, performers, etc.,
noted in the itinerary, care will be taken to supply reasonable substitutes.
